I ordered from another website a month ago, and the experience was TERRIBLE. After reaching out to customer service for 832846 times, I only got responses from bots. No human help at all. This time was different thank god. The response could have been a bit faster but I really appreciate the service. My chair is still on the way and I can’t wait to receive it!

im lucky to get the chair on sale!! thought the quality would be meh since it's discount (like having defect or dirt) but i was proven wrong! most likely will buy another piece from Sohnne.
